The CEO's Toolkit

What: The CEO's Toolkit
At a speech to MBA students at the University of Florida, Warren Buffet said that he hires people based on 1) integrity, 2) intelligence and 3) energy.

Public education underscores the value of intelligence and energy, but rarely emphasizes the paramount importance of integrity.

Join Rahul Subramaniam for an interactive workshop on developing integrity and other important characteristics in elementary and middle-school students. Rahul will share some ideas on emotional intelligence and how it can be cultivated in our children.

About the presenter: Rahul Subramaniam
Rahul Subramaniam is the founder of Aurelius Coaching. A native of Fremont, he attended Forest Park Elementary, Thornton Junior High and American High Schools. He then went to Princeton University, where he graduated in 2011 with a degree in politics and economics. He has since traveled around the world and taught. His interest in politics, economics and culture led him on research trips to China, India, Brazil and Turkey, where he met with various political and business leaders. Through his travels, he realized that the key to all sustainable development was human development. This led Rahul to found Aurelius Coaching, named after the Roman emperor and philosopher Marcus Aurelius. Aurelius embodied the values of truth and compassion, which are as relevant today as they were in 161 C.E. The company is dedicated to these values, as well as to inspiring a variety of people to grow intellectually, emotionally and spiritually. Aurelius Coaching builds processes to help individuals reach their maximum potential.
