Life Skills 101: Problem Solving/Decision Making/Interviewing/Goal Setting Goals will determine how to go to where you want to go from where you currently are. This course will go through each and every step in a very precise and meticulous fashion. The participants will learn what they need to focus on in order to achieve their goals and what distractions they must avoid at all times! “Problem solving” skill is the single most important reason why anybody is on the payroll. The course illustrates the Six phase of the “problem solving” and goes through each and every one individually. Root-cause-analysis, Fish-bone-diagram and Ishikawa method are employed to get to the “root” of the problem. Those, who land the jobs, be it small temporary summer jobs or big and important jobs, do so, because they have certain advantages in certain critical areas. We call those, the Critical Success Factors or CSFs. In this workshop, we will introduce the CSF concept, offer examples and explain how to improve those very important and vital elements. |
